Four Things Worked On

There isn't much to report today.

• I painted the pantacle a bit
• I worked on the project my mentor gave me
• I went for a walk and did well with the diet. The weekend was hard to stay on task. Today was easy.
• I read a little of the Sixth and Seventh Books of Moses
