Fire Dream

I had another important dream last night. There was a fire in an empty school building with an elevator. There was only one enthusiastic fire fighter. He looked at me and hopped into the elevator shaft and rode the pull cables up into the fire. He swung around the shaft like a monkey. He then exclaimed as he was moving onto the fiery floor, "Man, there is a lot of fire around here!" Then he disappeared out of sight.

I later learned that twelve fire fighters had perished fighting the blaze. I was sad when I hear that but thought, "I am not as sad as I should be." My Gal was there in a comforting way.

Frankly, I have no idea what this dream means. I think it is important. I must also note that I've been dealing with other beings, mostly human, in my dreams of late. I don't recall having that much interaction before.

The first image that popped into my head was of the 12th path. I am sure that has some significance, but to what end? Who knows :)

Maybe because I've been reading the DuQuette Enochian book, with its emphasis on the planetary natures of kings and princes, the first thought that popped into my mind was that it represented leaving the zodiacal work you were doing for the Enochian. Fires of passion or excitement consuming the interest you had before, I dunno.

Or maybe it symbolizes the parts of your personality that were once of use to you, but aren't anymore? That would explain the lack of grief over the death of the firemen and the image of the one fireman climbing upwards, as the one fireman doing all the work.

Wow, those are good insights. I could see how all of them could have significance.
